Sarah is a passionate, caring and driven coach.
Sarah started her own journey to better physical and mental well-being in 2020 and fell in love with the journey so much that she decided to help others do the same. She received her qualifications in Personal and Sports Nutrition in 2021, then moved on to receive her Level 5 in Exercise and Fitness January of 2023. She specialises in coaching women to reach their full potential.
Sarah is constantly learning and progressing to be the best coach she can for her team. Sarah has lost 20 plus KG and has made major health changes since 2020.
Now she wants to help you do the same.
